Band Handle:
Using the exercise bands with large amounts of tension whilst holding the bands can be uncomfortable on the hands. The Absolute Gold Handle is the ideal solution to this issue, offering a comfortable padded grip that is the ideal width for most people. The handle simply loops round the exercise band and then can be used to add comfort to exercises such as presses, pulls and so on.

Door Anchor:
With the Absolute Gold Door Anchor, your bands and tubing are given a whole new dimension! No longer are you restricted to exercises you can do whilst standing on the end of the band, or looping the bands round radiators etc when not in the gym. The door anchor allows you to create an anchor point on any door simply by closing it onto the anchor. This leaves a loop through which you can thread your band/tubing in order to perform a whole new range of exercises such as rows, face pulls and overhead tricep extensions to mention just a few!
IMPORTANT: The large middle part of the anchor MUST be on the opposite side of the door to the band in order to prevent slipping. Only pull on an anchor from the side the door closes onto. Ensure the space in the door is not too large before pulling on the anchor.
